Pam founded this company with a clear mission: to support a healthy balance between work and family life. She began her real estate career in 2005 at just 19 years old, jumping in right after graduating high school. With nearly two decades of experience, Pam knows the real estate industry inside and out—and has always known this was the path she was meant to follow.
Well-known throughout the Bay Area real estate community, Pam has worked alongside many of the region’s top-producing agents and brokers. She leads a dedicated team of like-minded professionals, all focused on delivering exceptional service and support to their agents.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys quality time with her husband Paul, daughter Paige, and son Parker. She loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and gaming.

Kathy Layne
Kathy’s journey in the industry began in 2015 when she obtained her real estate license. Her love for visiting open houses in her neighborhood inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
After discovering her passion for being behind the scenes and helping buyers and sellers have a seamless and stress-free experience with all the transactional paperwork, Kathy decided to make this her focus.
Kathy began her career at Redfin, where she quickly gained a reputation for her attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service. From 2019 to 2023, she worked at Compass, where she continued to excel in helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her rescue dogs. She loves walking on the beach, exploring new hiking trails, listening to live music, and a good bottle of wine.

Nicole Taylor
Nicole has spent over 10 years in the real estate industry of Northern California. She has exceptional office and administrative experience, as well extensive field and transaction experience. Nicole currently works as a transaction coordinator with a top Bay Area team, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for all parties involved. She is a licensed agent working with outbound referral business only, while also assisting top Real Estate agents in the area with their personal business and development.
Nicole is a mother of two young girls and enjoys spending time with family, going to local wineries and trying new foods. She has been trying her hand in the kitchen as well and enjoys following Pinterest for fun, new recipes.

Michelle D. Garcia
Michelle brings over 17 years of real estate experience to her role as a Transaction Coordinator. She excels at streamlining the transaction process and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for her clients. Michelle honed her real estate skills in various roles at Redfin, including managing a team of coordinators. More recently she was the In-House Coordinator at EQ1 Real Estate until moving into her Independent Coordinator role.
Michelle ensures a seamless real estate experience for clients from start to finish and feels rewarded when every transaction closes smoothly with everyone happy. I love supporting people and making their jobs easier!
Michelle is passionate about exceeding client expectations and thrives on seeing every deal close successfully.Michelle and her husband have 2 grown boys and their labradoodle Chase. She enjoys being outdoors, especially if it's at a winery with live music, and going to concerts.
